We suggest your delivery frequency match having at least 2-3 bottles per delivery to potentially avoid the $5 minimum fee for deliveries of only 1 bottle. You can always skip deliveries via text notification to avoid this fee.

Monthly deliveries always occur on the same weekday and week of the month. Ex: If your first delivery was on the 3rd Monday, future deliveries will follow the same pattern. Need help? Contact us for a full schedule.

Orders placed after 10 AM will be processed the next business day. First deliveries are available on Monday-Thursday, but all future deliveries will be scheduled for Mondays only.

How Many Bottles for your First Delivery? ($8.50 per bottle)

For future deliveries, our drivers will only replace the same number of empty bottles you leave out on delivery day. We recommend ordering an extra bottle or two to ensure you always have enough. You will only be billed for the bottles you set out for each delivery.

Monthly Water Delivery Service

We bill once per month, based on your total bottle usage. After the 1st of each month, you will be charged for all deliveries made in the previous month. Any additional deliveries will be added to your total at the same rate per bottle. (Example: All deliveries made in April will be billed on or after May 1st)
