We provide the highest quality water available and have a dedicated team that constantly monitors our water quality to ensure that every ounce of water in your bottle is superior to our competitors. Tests show that our water maintains the same level of purity as any top rated high-end bottled water brand.

No, our system takes great effort into making sure that our water is 100% free of all chlorine, chloramines, fluoride, pharmaceutical and industrial waste.

We use the water purification technology known as reverse osmosis to pressurize and purify our water removing chemicals and containments leaving you with the safest cleanest high quality bottled water.

Ordering

Unlike most delivery companies, we post our fees directly on our website. There are no hidden or variable transfer fees, deposits, or unwanted surprises. We believe in simple straight forward affordable pricing. Here is our full pricing sheet as of April 2022:
Delivery fee: (Select one for specific information)
Free delivery for recurring orders (bi-weekly, monthly, etc..)*
$6 for one time orders 
Bottle refill cost:
$7.50 per bottle refilled (any size up to 5 gallons)
Equipment costs:
$12 water cooler/heater monthly (we currently require prepay of service for 5 months @ $12 per month = $60, the $12 per month is charged on the 6th month of service)
$12 one-time cost per new bottle (3 or 5 gallon sizes) for recurring customers
$15 one-time cost per new bottle (3 or 5 gallon sizes) for non-recurring customers
*We charge a one bottle minimum for each delivery. If you do not have any empty bottles on your scheduled delivery simply inform us anytime by e-mail, phone, or text before the delivery vehicle begins your route and we will skip your stop and you will not be charged.

The significant difference between our service and other bottled water delivery companies is we use the method of refilling bottles as opposed to a bottle exchange service. We do not replace your bottles with random foreign bottles, but rather you keep and own the bottles that we fill. We can provide new bottles for customers or simply just refill the bottles that you currently own.

Refilling Process

We can refill any size bottle from 1 to 5 gallons as long as you can safely store them outside. Please note we charge by the bottle, not by the gallon. Due to weight limits, we cannot refill any containers larger than 5 gallons and we do fill any glass containers for safety reasons. If you have a large stationary water tank to be filled, please contact us directly for specific pricing.

Absolutely. We pressure rinse every bottle in case there is any loose debris that accumulate from storing outside, however as long as the bottles are frequently in use and only used to hold clean purified water they can be used in service for many of years. If for any reason we suspect your bottle’s condition may pose a health risk, we will notify you and leave the bottle empty.

Our vehicles are routinely inspected for health and safety by all local government food handling services before they are put into operation. We meet and exceed all health codes and requirements for our water and filling process. Once we arrive at your location, we simply refill any bottles you currently have. We use a high pressure rinse ensure the bottles are free from any loose debris

We begin the process by using a high pressure rinser pump to remove any loose debris from the bottles. After every bottle is thoroughly rinsed, we will fill your bottle with the highest quality purified water. We freely replace any damaged or missing caps and tamper seal every bottle to ensure that you are receiving the safest purest water possible.
