Recurring Delivery Service
($7.50/bottle + free delivery)

  • Select frequency: bi-weekly (every 2 weeks) or every 4 weeks (approximately once a month) your frequency
  • If you have empty bottles, just place them outside, no need to tell us the quantity ahead of time
  • Select new or additional bottles you need on the order page
  • Drivers record the total number of bottles each delivery, no need to let us know before
  • We combine all deliveries and charge at the end of the month at a rate of $7.50 per bottle.
  • Please leave empty bottles outside by 8am (7am during our hot summer months of June, July, August, and September) as we start our routes around that time. Deliveries begin in the morning however routes may continue as late as 6pm depending on how busy we are. Please call or text if you want to check the status of your delivery for fastest response.
  • We do not charge a delivery fee, however there is a one bottle minimum. If you do not have any bottles or you forget to place them in an accessible area, please let us know as soon as possible. If you let us know to skip your order before the driver is en route, then you will not be charged the one bottle minimum.
  • We will wash and reuse your own bottles, bottles do not get mixed up or exchanged with other customers. If a bottle is used for anything besides water we may have to either sanitize or replace the bottle. It is your responsibility to ensure bottles are not contaminated with chemicals/substances, improperly stored, used in any way that may jeopardize the quality or safety of the bottle. Bottles are safe to use even if exposed to sunlight as long as the temperature does not exceed 145 degrees. If you have a bottle that needs to be sanitized or potentially replaced, please let us know and the driver will take it back to our warehouse to have this done and re-deliver the next available day.

Terms of Service

Water is charged $7.50 per bottle. We bill once a month and charge all deliveries from the previous month.

Bottles must be placed outside before 8:00am. Business customers only may leave bottles inside as long businesses are open as they are easily accessed by our drivers. Please note your hours of operation. Limited business hours or businesses that open after 11am please contact us as special arrangements may need to be made.

Please let us know if there are

We use a quick pressure rinse of all bottles before filling, however you are still responsible for cleaning any contaminated bottles. We take no responsibility for bottles contaminated from improper storage or consumer handling and we exercise the right to not refill any bottles that we believe may be a health risk if consumed.
