ADD – Add additional bottle(s). Use the same type of bottle noted. If no bottle type is noted, use the same type of bottle the customer already has. Quantity will be noted. Please refill or exchange any bottles outside as well as adding the additional bottles.
BTMCOOLER – Leave a bottom load cooler
LEAVE – Leave exactly that number of bottles (can be swaps or refills). These customers have requested for us to leave this exact number of bottles for the delivery regardless of how many empties they have outside. Normally customers will have the same number of empty bottles outside as they request leave, but they may have more or less empty bottles outside. Just make sure to leave them exactly the number of bottles regardless
new – Make sure bottles brought are brand new
TOPCOOLER – Leave a top load cooler
Examples:
BTMCOOLER + 2 (5g) – Bring a bottom load water cooler and two new 5 gallon bottles for customer. Always assume new bottles when delivering a cooler.
TOPCOOLER + 3 (3g) – Bring a top load water cooler and three new 3 gallon bottles for customer. Always assume new bottles when delivering a cooler.
LEAVE 3 (5gwv) – Leave exactly three 5 gallon with valve bottles for the customer even if there is 0 empty bottles outside or 10 empty bottles outside.
ADD 2 (new 5g) – Give customer two new 5 gallon bottles for customer plus refill or swap out whatever empty bottles they have out.
Task – A special instructions stop. These stops require a photo to be completed. These stops may include new/extra bottles, special, important or unique delivery instructions, or just require a photo due to past issues. All tasks have Priority Notes which give details.
Priority Notes – All tasks have priority notes. Priority notes are the most important details in the customer notes. These instructions must be read carefully before beginning the route.
SWAP – Switch bottles out when you arrive, make sure these bottles are filled before you head to the stop before. They should ideally be filled at the warehouse/store. There should not be any refilling for these stops.
